Registration Notes
1. Charitable donation receipts for a portion of the ticket price will be issued to the name associated with payment. If you register a friend, the donation receipt will be issued only to the purchaser.
2. We will do our best to accommodate seating requests. Please add such requests as a note below. Tables will be filled from front to back this year as tickets are purchased. If you purchase early, you will be closer to the front of the room.
3. Use this form to register yourself and up to 8 additional guests. You will need to have their names and dietary preferences. To register a table of 8, please use Table of 8 Registration.
Rest easy - there is no need to print tickets. Your name(s) will be with our greeters on the night of the event. Thank you!
